Replace Your Water Heater with a HWS Heater/Distiller!

The HWS systems are sized to replace conventional water heaters for home use, and may be used for commercial applications as well. The continuous operation of the small water distillers/heaters will produce up to 35 gallons a day, the medium sized units will provide up to 120 gallons of distilled drinking water per day, and the large version can produce over 200 gallons each day.

  • How it works

    The regular version of the HWS utilizes 16.5 kilowatts of electrical energy, which permits the water heater to provide hot water on a continuous basis. The condenser, made of stainless steel, holds the hot water and makes the hot water available immediately and eliminates concern over scolding that exists with conventional instant water heaters.

    The larger version of the HWS can input 27 kilowatts of energy into a stainless steel hot water reservoir in the condenser. Several HWS units can be installed in parallel for larger water heating requirements. Units can be easily rewired to three phase 220V.     Cutler recently entered into the small water distiller market. The new small version HWS 5.5K Water Distillers have all of the quality standards of its big brothers but with a far lower price.

    It can run as a stand alone unit for just distilling water, or it can connect to a water heater with the optional circulation kit and serve two purposes using the same energy.

  • Top Quality - Lifetime Investment!

    After the water enters the boiler, it is only in contact with stainless steel. The 5.5 kilowatt water distiller contains over 200 pounds of stainless steel, and the 16.5 kilowatt distiller contains over 350 pounds of stainless steel. All units entire system are made of industrial grade components and are designed to be a lifetime investment.

    The HWS water heater / water distiller units are built using only 11 and 16 gauge stainless steel. The insulation is ''hardened mineral'' the same that is used in oil and chemical refineries. It can handle up to 1200 degrees.

    At these rates 99.9 percent of the dissolved solids are removed and the water is sanitized. The design of the boiler internals is engineered to minimize entertainment. The design is part of a pending patent on the hybrid water heater distiller.

    Each system can come in several modules designed for easy shipping, and installation in small closets, basements and attics.

    One of the major benefits of the HWS systems is low maintenance. Your investement will pay off when it comes to cleaning the units. You're not interested in cleaning boiling chambers every month. Depending on the source water used, it is possible to go years without cleaning.

  • High Performance

    Most of the units in use (until recently) are distilling river and well water in Texas and Mexico with TDS ranges of 700 - 3000.
